Jacqueline graduated from UCSB in 2025 with her B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences and minor in Philosophy. She currently works as the lab manager and professional lab assistant in the META Lab, where she explores the cognitive mechanisms and life habits that promote human flourishing. She is particularly interested in how we can promote personality traits such as creativity or curiosity in the general population, and her past research explored the shared cognitive mechanisms between creativity and vulnerability to psychotic disorders. Outside, the lab, you can find her teaching and practicing yoga, walking by the beach or cooking a new recipe.
