Research

Yan is a third-year Psychology & Brain Sciences major with a minor in Applied Psychology. She is especially interested in understanding how cognitive processes are represented through neural connections and how different drugs can influence neural pathways and brain function. In the future, she hopes to pursue a graduate program in Cognitive Neuroscience and further explore the relationship between cognition, neural mechanisms, and behavior. Outside of academics, she is a huge cat lover and has three cats at home.
